Details of Disappearance

Norbert was staying at The Stepping Stone Halfway house in Burlington. The Stepping Stone took all of the residents bowling and Norbert got off of the bus and was never seen again. Stapleton has no history of disappearing. He has relatives in Milwaukee and may have tried to travel there after his disappearance. 

Thank you Reddit: I was told the lanes would have been Towne & Country Lanes, which is still there at the same location. Just NW is a road that looks raised, railed, and busy, but if you go back even to just 2007 it's none of those things. The Fox River is right beyond.
