Mother and friend reported Artavia missing to the Peoria, IL Police Department on 04/22/2013. Mother stated she last had contact with her daughter on 12/25/1995 in Milwaukee. Friend stated she last had phone contact with Artavia sometime in 1998. Information gathered from Peoria PD in August 2020 indicated she has possibly lived Indianapolis, IN and Fayetteville, NC.
