Details of Disappearance

Nunez disappeared from Milwaukee on August 15, 2004. She was last seen walking away from her residence (1904 W Greenfield Ave, Milwaukee) to celebrate her birthday and never returned. She had a history of drug and alcohol abuse.

The following relates only to the Divorce in her legal history:

DOB for Dagoberto should be 1957, based on other records, not 1927 as they wrote in the divorce. Date missing for Susan is August of 2004. This divorce was filed by Dagoberto in February of 2004. It was granted in June of that year.

Susan also had a restraining order against a Victor Figueroa, whom she was living with, in February 2001. Another weird discrepancy.

This is a restraining order filed by Susan against Dagoberto. It was carried over from an old computer system to now. The TRO was granted, alternatively in 1995 but some of the dates say June 22, 1979. Susan only would have been 13 so this date is in error.
