On August 7th, 1998, officers and EMS responded to a structure fire at a multi-family residential apartment complex in the City of Eau Claire.Claire on the 5600 block of Gables Drive. The fire was quickly extinguished, and a search of the residence was completed. Robin's vehicle was located in the garage, but no one was at the residence. Robin was never located.
