Chandra frequented the areas of 42nd/Capitol and the 3700-3800 block of N. Port Washington Rd. Sent the Wauwatosa skull UP to compare, but that skull doesn't have proper DNA yet. Nothing in Social Security Death Index for her birthdate that could be her. Need to follow up on the skull, can they get DNA from Othram now?
