Note: One of his cases states he is incompetent (case 1, 2), and his missing information should probably be adjusted to reflect he is not in his proper state of mind. Both he and his father have been in legal trouble. This is the first time his family offered a reward, and all cases are closed against him. I see no warrants for him.
