Last known address for Lisa was 2047 N. Cambridge St. Her mother, Melba Flowers, noted that Lisa left their home angrily shortly before she was reported missing.

In July 1993, there were reported sightings of Lisa in the Grand Avenue retail center and Capitol Court Shopping Center, which prompted police to seek assistance in locating her.
