Eckert, Sandra
Details of DisappearanceFrom Charley Project: Her husband, Wes Eckert Sr., stated they got into an argument over his late mother's will; Sandra wanted him to contest it. He said Sandra got up, got dressed and appeared to be preparing to leave, saying, "You'll hear from my lawyer." He took her car keys away and told her that they would talk about the issue the next day. The couple slept in separate bedrooms and Wes did not see his wife after going to bed. When he woke up in the morning, Sandra and his own car were missing; she still had a key for it. He said she also took several thousand dollars in cash. She has never been heard from again.
At 3:00 a.m. on March 27, Wes's gray 2005 Dodge Stratus with the Wisconsin license plate number 319 LGT was sighted traveling southbound on Racine Avenue, westbound on Tans Drive and southbound on Crowbar Drive in Muskego, about eight miles from the Eckert home. It has not been seen since. Sandra's daughter said she didn't believe her mother would have taken her father's car, or driven anywhere in the middle of the night. Some of the couple's four children believe their father could have been involved in her disappearance. Wes denies this, and theorizes Sandra met with foul play at the hands of someone to intended to rob her.
Investigators believe Sandra was the victim of a homicide, and stated they have two persons of interest in her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved. Note: Adventurers with Purpose searched all the lakes on the path and found nothing. |

Path of the car and one suspicion about location of car, by Renaebri:
Edman, Madeline Kelly
Details of DisappearancePolice now believe that it is possible that Madeline may be a victim of human trafficking and that foul play may be involved. She did not take any belongings with her when she disappeared. Her home was located half a block from a laundromat, and the house was visible from there. Madeline left the laundromat to go home, while her mother was staying behind to finish laundry. That was the last time anyone saw her, to authorities’ knowledge.
She had a tough life. Her mother was in trouble often and didn't make good choices. She has since passed away. Madeline’s grandmother didn’t believe Madeline was gone and said her friends saw her around town. Others swear this isn’t true. |

Egnoski, Ruth
Details of DisappearanceRuth Egnoski disappeared in 1966. Private investigators hired by the family said she took a bus from Delavan to Chicago, but they lost her trail there. Police found Egnoski's driver's license and Social Security card in the custodian's office of Wileman Elementary School in Delavan in 1973. Her father worked there as a custodian. In the mid-1980s, it is reported that two blue empty (despite reporting to the contrary) hard-sided suitcases were found by a school employee. The suitcases had been hidden above the suspended ceiling in the custodian's office. In 2002, police dug a 12-foot-wide pit behind 1014 Center St., Delavan, the house Egnoski lived in since it was built in 1962. Her family sold the home in 1971. Police found a crawl space under the family room of the house but no evidence connected to Egnoski's disappearance. Both of her parents are now deceased. Could be 7548 but no way to test. |

Erdman, Charlotte Ann
Details of DisappearanceCharlotte ran away from her home on July 18, 1974. About two weeks later her parents got a letter from her, postmarked Illinois. Charlotte wrote she'd been picked up by a 41-year-old long-haul truck driver based in Illinois. She said she wasn't involved in anything illegal and promised to write again. Charlotte's family never heard from her again after receiving the letter, but she wasn't reported missing until May 29, 2019. Some theorize she was abducted from Illinois by Edward Edwards. He drove semis, and was born in 1933, making him 41 years old in 1974. |
