Details of Disappearance
Horacio De La Cruz Barrera, a 33-year-old man, went missing from his home on the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue in Beloit, Wisconsin, onBeloit December 3, 2018. At the time, he was living with his aunt and did not own a vehicle. His disappearance raised concerns as several forms of identification and his cell phone were found in his room. Before he went missing, both his aunt and employer reported that Horacio exhibited paranoid behavior. Despite extensive searches, including checks at local hospitals, no trace of him has been found. His bank account has shown no activity, and he has not been seen or heard from since then. Horacio did not have access to a vehicle and it is unknown what he would be wearing.
