Details of Disappearance

Andrew was last seen at approximately 8:00am on Federal Forest Rd. 162 just north of State Hwy 70 near Draper (Closer to Loretta, now.. His silver 2001 Chevrolet Impala was located at the location he was last seen. The vehicle had been left out of gas with the keys in the ignition and the doors open.  The following Monday, the sheriff's department was made aware that an endangered missing persons report had been filed in the state of New York for Andrew Bliss. The report stated that Bliss had recently quit his job and that he was depressed over a recent break-up. 
In the following days multiple search and rescue teams conducted ground and aerial searches in the area, but nothing was revealed. 
In 2015 the Sawyer County Emergency Management Director, Pat Sanchez asked hunters near Draper to be on the lookout for anything unusual that may be connected to the disappearance of Andrew Bliss.
