Details of Disappearance

He had planned to go cruising out on Lake Michigan. His truck and empty boat trailer were found at a marina in Milwaukee. Scuba gear with his identifiers on it washed ashore in state of Michigan. There was no sign of Black or his 18-foot boat and he has never been heard from again. He was an experienced scuba diver, diving for 25 years. He is considered to be lost at sea.
