Tattoos: an eagle on his chest, a horseshoe on one arm and a woman with high heels on the other arm. Right leg is shorter than left leg. He is crippled and has limp due to a hip replacement.

Possibly carrying a bag with clothing, a razor, and $200.00.

 

Records confusion: A WWII draft card with his date of birth and father's name is listed under Joseph Thomas Antczak. It said he was honorably discharged from the Canadian Army in 1942. He listed his home as transient. He put for mail: General delivery, Portland, Oregon. There was also a Edward Joseph Antczak. But I have no idea which one he is.
